Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal facilities during overnight shifts using advanced surveillance systems
- Conduct regular patrols and access control enforcement at critical ports and transportation hubs
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports and compliance documentation
- Operate communication systems during emergency protocols
- Train junior personnel on security procedures and federal regulations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments of assigned facilities
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6PM-6AM) including weekends and holidays
- Minimum 2 years experience in law enforcement, military, or federal security
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control software
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification required
- Pass comprehensive background investigation and polygraph examination
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
