Responsibilities
- Perform General Clerical Duties: Handle filing, copying, scanning, and shredding of confidential documents with the utmost accuracy.
- Communicate Professionally: Answer incoming telephone calls, screen visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Data Management: Enter and update information into computer databases and office management systems to ensure records are current.
- Support Administrative Operations: Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mail and Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to various departments efficiently.
- Meeting Support: Assist in scheduling appointments, arranging conference rooms, and taking minutes during meetings.
- Inventory Control: Assist in the monitoring and ordering of office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Certificate is required.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 30 words per minute is preferred.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
