Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling for multi-departmental meetings and appointments
- Manage correspondence, forms, and digital filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation
- Generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 2+ years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
