Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for federal contracts and agency personnel.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials, and travel itineraries for senior staff.
- Coordinate office logistics, including filing, ordering supplies, and scheduling room reservations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders.
- Support compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Assist in the organization of community outreach events in the Columbus area.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-30 hours per week).
