Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming inquiries and requests from federal employees and the public with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation required for regulatory compliance and program evaluation.
- Maintain and update complex databases and filing systems to ensure the integrity of federal records.
- Conduct research on federal regulations and internal policies to provide accurate guidance to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various federal agencies to facilitate inter-departmental communications and project milestones.
- Support the organization of meetings, conferences, and training sessions for agency staff.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a government, legal, or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with federal case management systems.
- Background Check: Must successfully complete a background investigation, including a FBI fingerprint check and credit check.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, CO.
