Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, review, and processing of federal employment applications and forms.
- Provide accurate, courteous, and timely information to applicants regarding federal benefits and hiring procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel records and data in compliance with federal regulations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate data entry and database maintenance.
- Participate in community outreach events to promote federal employment opportunities.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to pass a Federal background investigation (Background check required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends if required.
