- Manage and process federal pension plan applications with 99.9% accuracy
- Interpret and apply complex federal retirement regulations (CSRS, FERS)
- Provide 24/7 pension counseling via phone and secure digital platforms
- Conduct benefit reconciliation and audit documentation
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on retirement planning initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with federal data security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal pension or benefits administration experience
- Expertise in CSRS/FERS regulations and OPM guidelines
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Professional certification (SHRM-SCP, CFP, or similar) preferred
- Top Secret clearance eligibility required
