Responsibilities

- Maintain and update digital records in secure federal databases.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve benefit discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports for daily pay personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or benefits administration.
- Familiarity with federal government systems and regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
