We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Pension Specialist to join our elite team in Boston, MA. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage and optimize federal retirement plans for employees across New York and New England.

Responsibilities
- Analyze federal employee eligibility for pension plans and comprehensive retirement benefits.
- Calculate and process FERS (Federal Employees Retirement System) and CSRS annuities accurately.
- Conduct detailed consultations regarding the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and deferred annuities.
- Ensure strict compliance with OPM (Office of Personnel Management) regulations and federal guidelines.
- Assist federal agencies in the seamless transition of retiring personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience specifically in federal retirement planning or HR.
- Deep understanding of the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) and OPM guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication skills for counseling employees on complex pension topics.
