As a Pension Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for beneficiaries regarding federal retirement entitlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with OPM regulations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with OPM (Office of Personnel Management) regulations and federal retirement systems (FERS/CSRS).
  • Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM or 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM).
