Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal policies and propose actionable solutions to improve program efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership and Congress.
- Monitor budget execution and ensure compliance with federal financial regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program analysis or federal project management.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
