Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare program performance metrics and compliance requirements
- Develop data-driven reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives between Denver and Florida offices
- Manage grant allocation processes for public health initiatives
- Conduct policy research and recommend regulatory improvements
- Maintain compliance with federal procurement and reporting standards
- Lead stakeholder engagement with state health departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal government program analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of CMS and HHS regulations and reporting requirements
- Valid U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500,000
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-state projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
