Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and recommend operational improvements
- Develop comprehensive project plans for veterans' service initiatives
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships to enhance service delivery
- Prepare detailed budgetary reports and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct policy compliance reviews and implement corrective actions
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with veteran advocacy groups
- Monitor legislative developments affecting veterans' programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-12 level federal service status or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- VA experience or veterans' services background preferred
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
