Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics to ensure alignment with federal objectives and KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior federal leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with OMB guidelines, FAR regulations, and agency-specific policies.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, changes, and compliance records.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical government personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in federal program management, contract administration, or related analytical roles.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (Tier 3/5) within the standard timeframe.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with federal grant management or performance measurement systems (e.g., PMI, CPM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
