Role Overview:
The Federal Program Analyst will be responsible for monitoring program performance, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. You will act as a bridge between operational teams and federal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics, ensuring alignment with federal objectives.
- Prepare complex budget analyses, financial reports, and compliance documentation for federal auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal policies, regulations, and legislative changes.
- Facilitate communication between federal clients, internal staff, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for program vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and technical proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal program management, government contracting, or public administration.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
