- Evaluate program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Represent HHS at interagency meetings and community forums
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal program analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare policy and federal grant management
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of California healthcare systems and regulations
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
