Responsibilities
- Grant & Funding Management: Monitor federal grant applications, ensuring strict adherence to agency guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
- Policy Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support the development and implementation of federal policies and procedural updates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between federal departments, external contractors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and concise communication.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current administrative workflows and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed written reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership regarding program performance and compliance metrics.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible for a Top Secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal administration, program management, or a related government sector role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and experience with government grant management software.
- Writing Ability: Exceptional technical writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable documents.
