Responsibilities
- Administrative Oversight: Manage and organize all federal project documentation, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and record-keeping regulations.
- Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between federal clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Project Monitoring: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure all federal mandates are met on schedule.
- Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of bid proposals and contract renewals.
- Compliance Research: Conduct thorough research on current federal regulations, legislative changes, and industry best practices.
- Staff Onboarding: Support the onboarding and training process for new federal staff members to ensure rapid integration.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports regarding program performance and budget utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in federal contracting, government administration, or a related support role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and compliance requirements.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) as required.
