Responsibilities
- Oversee federal program implementation and compliance with OMB and GAO guidelines
- Manage cross-agency partnerships and stakeholder communications
- Develop program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure fiscal accountability
- Prepare congressional reports and executive briefings on program performance
- Lead process improvement initiatives using federal performance metrics
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with agency leadership
- Ensure adherence to federal procurement and contracting regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Strong knowledge of federal budget processes (OMB Circulars, GPRA)
- Experience with federal IT systems (e.g., MAX, SAM.gov)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- US Citizenship required
