- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (HIPAA, VA directives)
- Lead process improvement initiatives for veteran service access
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in VA healthcare systems and veteran service programs
- Proficiency in federal grant management and compliance frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management experience across government agencies
- Valid U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
