Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program strategies to enhance veterans' access to healthcare services
- Analyze federal regulations and VA policies to ensure operational compliance
- Coordinate interagency partnerships with state/local government entities
- Manage grant applications and funding allocations for veteran support programs
- Prepare detailed reports and performance metrics for congressional stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with veteran advocacy groups
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in VA regulations (38 CFR) and federal procurement processes
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Strong project management certification (PMP or CAPM preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and fund allocation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
