Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and DHS regulations
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend actionable solutions for homeland security initiatives
- Coordinate inter-agency operations with local, state, and federal partners
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders and agency leadership
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous financial oversight
- Conduct risk assessments for critical infrastructure protection projects
- Lead cross-functional teams during emergency response scenarios
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (mandatory for federal employment)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Security Studies, or related field
- Demonstrated crisis management experience with federal agencies
