Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned federal programs to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement program strategies to improve service delivery to veterans.
- Analyze program data and prepare reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve program objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on program requirements and best practices.
- Monitor program performance and recommend improvements as needed.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with federal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in federal program management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and procedures (e.g., OMB Circulars, VA policies).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
