Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal security protocols for critical infrastructure systems

- Analyze threat intelligence and recommend mitigation strategies
- Manage grant programs and compliance reporting for homeland security initiatives
- Lead emergency response planning and tabletop exercises
- Prepare congressional briefings and policy recommendations
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST, DHS directives)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal program management or security operations
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS, SAM.gov)
- Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
