Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments for federal facilities in Southern Nevada
- Monitor and respond to potential security threats 24/7
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Implement and maintain advanced security protocols and access controls
- Train personnel on security procedures and emergency response protocols
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal security regulations (FISMA, NISP)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal/local law enforcement or security
- Valid Nevada driver's license
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
