Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot federal information systems and networks.
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA/NIST).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to end-users across multiple departments.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance assessments, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and upgrade IT solutions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for all critical systems.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret or Secret Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks and security best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
