Location: Seattle, WA (On-site/Remote hybrid depending on clearance level).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure IT systems for federal clients.
- Conduct system architecture reviews and ensure compliance with NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for system vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Document system configurations, processes, and technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering within a Federal or DoD environment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
