Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal government clients.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex network issues in real-time.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and ITIL standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and security vulnerability assessments.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure.
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Cisco CCNA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with federal government contracts and compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
