Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or federal contracting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and federal procurement regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
