Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using C#, .NET Core, and modern web frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding project managers, designers, and subject matter expertsâto translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Migrate legacy systems to cloud-native environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Enforce best practices in coding, documentation, and code reviews to maintain high software quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive project momentum.
- Ensure all technical solutions comply with federal and state security regulations (e.g., FISMA).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
