Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Federal IT, Engineering, and Professional Services positions.
- Sourcing and screening passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless interview experience.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand mission-critical requirements.
- Verifying security clearance eligibility and guiding candidates through the clearance process.
- Utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track metrics and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the Federal Government sector.
- Deep understanding of the Federal hiring process, including Secret and Top Secret clearance requirements.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
