Responsibilities
- Screen and Review Resumes: Analyze candidate applications to ensure they meet federal eligibility requirements and formatting standards.
- Conduct Candidate Outreach: Initiate and manage communication with potential applicants to schedule interviews and provide guidance on open positions.
- Manage Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all documentation complies with federal regulations.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and federal hiring panels.
- Assist with Onboarding: Support new hires with the initial orientation process and benefits enrollment.
- Research Opportunities: Stay updated on current federal job openings and assist candidates in identifying roles that match their skill sets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: No prior federal experience required. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: A professional demeanor, strong customer service orientation, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
