Responsibilities

- Conduct weekend compliance audits for federal programs and infrastructure security
- Manage weekend shift scheduling and resource allocation for 24/7 operations
- Prepare detailed weekend activity reports for senior leadership review
- Train weekend staff on updated federal security procedures and protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal or state-level security operations
- Proficiency with CISA and FEMA incident command systems
- Valid NYS driver's license and ability to work rotating weekends
- Advanced certification in Homeland Security (e.g., HSAS, CPFO)
- Fluency in English with bilingual Spanish preferred for NYC operations
