Responsibilities
- Manage and process sensitive federal documents and records with the highest level of accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend field operations and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal personnel and the public.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and agency regulations.
- Generate and review weekly operational reports and data analytics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or government-related experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
