Responsibilities
- Oversee and process high-volume federal claims and documentation during weekend operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, agency policies, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and databases with a high degree of precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional internal support and communication to agency stakeholders.
- Conduct routine audits of work completed during the shift.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background investigation (Public Trust clearance).
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government case management software.
