- Document all interactions in federal case management systems
- Support emergency weekend benefit disbursements
- Participate in quarterly federal compliance training
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with federal databases (e.g., VBA, VBMS)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Weekend availability (6 AM - 6 PM rotation)
- Knowledge of VA benefits structure preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
