Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift protocols for federal facility security and access control
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents 24/7
- Coordinate with federal agencies during weekend operations and emergency responses
- Maintain detailed documentation of weekend activities and incident reports
- Conduct routine equipment checks and facility inspections during off-peak hours
- Train and mentor junior staff on weekend shift procedures and compliance
- Ensure adherence to all federal regulations and DoD policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal/government security or compliance experience
- Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible hours (including holidays)
- Proficiency in federal security systems (CAMS, JPAS, DISS)
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background investigation
- Associates degree in Criminal Justice or related field required
