Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations for federal veteran services with strict adherence to VA protocols
- Manage veteran intake, documentation, and benefit verification systems
- Coordinate with federal agencies for seamless service delivery on weekends
- Maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliance in all patient interactions and record-keeping
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and security protocol enforcement
- Process emergency weekend requests with discretion and urgency
- Train weekend staff on federal compliance procedures and crisis management
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal/government operations experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (Vista, CPRS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Expertise in federal compliance regulations (VA, HIPAA, FERPA)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
