Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Process, verify, and file a wide range of administrative documents, applications, and forms accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and mail, ensuring appropriate distribution and follow-up.</li><li>Maintain and update office databases, filing systems, and records to ensure information is accessible and secure.</li><li>Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates for department staff and the public.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure operational continuity.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with county regulations, policies, and procedures at all times.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role is strongly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is essential.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required by departmental needs.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office environment.</li></ul>
