Responsibilities
- Perform routine park maintenance including landscaping, litter removal, and equipment upkeep
- Operate recreational facilities (pools, athletic courts, community centers) during operational hours
- Assist with event setup/teardown for community festivals and sports tournaments
- Enforce safety protocols and provide visitor guidance at park facilities
- Complete daily inspection logs and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with seasonal staff on park beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles
- Experience in groundskeeping, facility operations, or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of park safety regulations and first aid/CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Pass background check and drug screening
