Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, equipment, and facilities
- Organize and lead recreational programs for youth and adults
- Ensure safety compliance in all park activities and facilities
- Assist with special events and community outreach initiatives
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of park amenities
- Collaborate with team members to optimize park operations
- Engage with visitors to provide information and assistance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Experience in grounds maintenance or recreation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
