Responsibilities
- Operate park equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems) safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance including landscaping, trail repair, and facility upkeep
- Engage with park visitors providing information and ensuring safety protocols
- Assist in organizing community events and recreational programs
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal projects and beautification initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (First Aid, CPR)
