Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and recreational equipment to safety standards
- Lead youth/adult recreational programs (sports, arts, fitness, nature education)
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Assist in organizing community events, festivals, and seasonal celebrations
- Monitor park usage, enforce regulations, and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team on inventory management and safety compliance
- Support conservation efforts through habitat preservation initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in customer service, event coordination, or outdoor work
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Physical stamina for outdoor activities in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
