Responsibilities
- Perform road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and storm drain clearing
- Operate heavy machinery (dump trucks, excavators, graders) with precision
- Assist in park maintenance, landscaping, and facility upkeep
- Execute snow removal and ice control operations during winter months
- Conduct utility line marking and excavation support
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience operating heavy equipment (dump trucks, loaders, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
