Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven system architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and processing requirements.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of hybrid classical and quantum computing protocols into existing software pipelines.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, latency, and efficiency to ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure, evaluating emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in distributed systems.
- AI Frameworks: Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Native: Extensive experience designing for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform in a serverless or containerized environment (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with the principles of Quantum Computing and Edge AI architecture is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
