Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive long-term technical strategy that aligns with business goals and prepares the organization for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems architecture that can withstand the demands of emerging technologies and high-growth scenarios.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Decentralized Systems) and lead pilot programs to integrate them into our core stack.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless operation and maximum efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, DevOps, or Strategic Technology Leadership.
- Roadmap Expertise: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology roadmaps (e.g., 2025-2026).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Containerization (Docker/K8s), and Microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus.
