Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 strategic roadmap, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and cost-efficiency using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation (CI/CD pipelines).
- Mentor senior engineers and guide junior developers in adopting future-forward technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready protocols) to ensure long-term viability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and integration with traditional software stacks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
