Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-secure communication protocols
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in neuro-interfaces and AI consciousness
- Develop ethical governance models for autonomous systems
- Design carbon-negative infrastructure for data centers
- Prototype decentralized identity solutions using blockchain 3.0
- Collaborate with futurists to roadmap 10-year technology horizons
- Mentor junior innovators in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with published breakthroughs
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of securing venture funding for experimental projects
- Certification in Futurism or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented or industry-disruptive innovations
