Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical execution for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable cloud-native architectures capable of handling future scaling needs.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to integrate into the core platform.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team in adopting best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks early in the development cycle and mitigate risks proactively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with AI integration, machine learning pipelines, or quantum computing preparation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
