Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical architecture for our upcoming products, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Advanced AI Integration: Design and oversee the integration of next-gen AI models into core enterprise systems.
- System Modernization: Spearhead the migration to future-proof microservices and serverless architectures.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to prototype quantum-ready algorithms and high-performance computing solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality and security.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud Mastery: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with experience in Kubernetes and serverless computing.
- Future Tech Insight: Demonstrated interest or experience in Quantum Computing or Blockchain technology is a major plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
